What We Do

Connecting people to jobs – we reduce barriers and increase opportunities

We remove barriers to employment by working with our network of trusted employer partners, helping to connect you to the right job. We work directly with local employers so we understand their recruitment needs.

We drive inclusive recruitment practice so that everyone has the opportunity to find the right job for them. And we champion recruitment opportunities in local neighbourhoods to help find local jobs for local people.

Through the SkillsHouse partnership you have access to a network of community-based services that provide support for job seekers. If you would like more support, please get in touch…
